OSII Reservations and Fund Requests

Thank you for considering co-sponsoring a program with The Office of Student Inclusion & Involvement (OSII). This form will be used for reserving the OSII (PRD 206) space, as well as requesting funding and collaborations for events. We ask that when requesting if you could please follow the guidelines below:


Request should be made at least 2 weeks in advance. This will allow the OSII staff to check our space calendar and/or allow time for additions or edits to a request form.

Planning process

Once your request has been submitted, it will be routed through the OSII staff, who will then check for space availability and funding appropriateness. Once approved, OSII staff will inform you of any additional information or forms needed from that point on and a timeline for these forms. The OSII will also provide you with our own documentation as to our involvement and contribution to the program.

If using the OSII space (PRD206) 

If your request for OSII space is granted, we ask that you use the following as a guideline for set-up/clean up:

  • If you need additional chairs or table space, please let us know before the event so we can accommodate as best we can.
  • If you are having food in the space, make sure to pick up all trash and wipe down surfaces
  • Arrange the furniture back to the original set up.
